Shipping & Returns
Shipping within Canada & the USA is a flat rate of $10. We do our best to ship out all orders within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the area you are shipping to, but within Canada packages are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery times.
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on purchases over $250. We also offer Free Local Pickup during our regular business hours at our Downtown YXE location.
If you're not happy, we're not happy! At The Dress Co. we aim to please, so if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll do whatever we can to make it better.
- We accept returns for online and in-store purchases within 14 days from when your order shipped from us for online orders and within 14 days from the date purchased for in-store purchases. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer making the return. We also accept returns in store at our Downtown YXE location.
ITEMS THAT ARE NOT REFUNDABLE:
- All sale items are final sale. If your sale purchase doesn't fit correctly we will gladly exchange for the same item in a different size.
- Earrings, lingerie, bodysuits and swimwear are all final sale.
HOW TO DO A RETURN:
- Email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request return authorization.
- Return shipping must be paid for by the customer making the return. We also accept local returns at our Downtown YXE location.
- All items must be returned within 14 days from when your order shipped if purchased online or from date of purchase if purchase was made in store.
- Items must be new, unused and with tags still attached.
Your refund will be issued upon receipt of the item(s) being returned in the form of your original payment or store credit. Items returned in damaged or worn condition will not be refunded.
The Dress Co does not take responsibility for any packages lost in the mail while being returned, so we recommend you acquire a tracking number from the post office.
All return shipping & handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Gifts purchased up until DEC. 24 will be eligible for EXCHANGE/IN-STORE CREDIT up until JANUARY 24, with original receipt or gift receipt, on unworn merchandise with tags attached. Mailed returns must be in transit or received by us by this date. Please request a gift receipt if you would like one mailed out with your package.
Please consider how long your package will take to ship, depending on which method of shipping you choose. Once we have received your returned package you will be refunded for the amount you paid - The Dress Co does not take responsibility for any packages lost in the mail while being returned, so we recommend you acquire a tracking number from the post office.
